1. How can I buy an Éche bag?

Buying an Éche bag is very simple.

2. How can I pay for my Éche order?

Paying is very easy: you can use Paypal or your credit card, or make an advance bank transfer to the following IBAN coordinates: IT30S0306912080100000008832. In case of bank transfer, the goods will be shipped only upon actual receipt of the payment in the bank.

3. How are the prices of the bags indicated?

Prices are inclusive of VAT. Shipping is free for orders over € 400.00.

4. When will I receive my order?

The SAKO small, medium, large, flat models are available in 5/7 working days.
All other products are available “to order” and delivered approximately 20/30 days from the conclusion of your online purchase.

Deliveries are scheduled between 9:00 and 17:00 during the days working days, with the exclusion of national holidays.
The products purchased will be delivered to you within 6 working days from the day of bag’s availability.

5. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price indicated next to each product but are calculated and indicated at the time the purchase process is concluded, before payment is made.
Shipping is free for orders over € 400.00.

6. Are Éche bags covered by warranty?

All products sold are covered by a 24 (twenty-four) month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Title III of Legislative Decree 206/2005. 206/2005. To use the warranty, you must write, within the legal warranty period, to the following e-mail address: sales@eche.it , indicating the product details and describing the defect.

7. Can I return a product?

You can return any purchased product without giving any reason and get a refund. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a communication to the email address: sales@eche.it , as well as send the product you intend to return at your expense within 14 days of its delivery date.

After 14 days of delivery, products can no longer be returned.

We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns of products purchased in boutiques or resellers and the products purchased on www.eche.it cannot be returned elsewhere.

The products must be returned intact, complete with all parts, they must not have been used, washed and must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, in the original packaging (envelopes and boxes), kept without any signs of wear or dirt., as if they were “new”.
